About

I have been fascinated by the work of the Holy Spirit as long as I can remember.  Maybe its because He is rarely talked about on Sunday mornings, rarely allowed to express Himself anywhere in Christian gatherings and yet is behind absolutely everything, carry out the will of God with power, passion and persistence.

There are many books written on the Spirit of God – I have read a few.  The only ones that get my attention are written by those whom the Christian world would consider heretics or at least on the fringe of Christendom.  I have learn to temper my own experiences in order to fit into the modern day Church.

I think this is the year I will go back into the Word of God, from the pages written directly through the Holy Spirit, to discover Him afresh and create a foundation from where to renew my relationship with Him.

He might be hard to find as His purpose is to glorify the Father and uplift the Son – but He is present.  As my teacher, I can only pray that the Lord will grant me the understanding.

Looking forward to an amazing 2016 of discovery!

He, the Holy Spirit, may not be hard to find. It is Jesus’ pleasure that we receive the Holy Spirit–through whom we are given the authority to “heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons and preach the gospel”. If God is in us, the fruits of the Holy Spirit will manifest in our lives. It is the seal of the Holy Spirit on us that identifies us as God’s children.

May we know more about our Father, and our Saviour, as we continue in discovering God’s Word as the Spirit teaches us! Happy 2017! The Lord bless you!
